Wooooo-Hoooooo! I was told, "When life throws you lemons, make lemonade." My team and I have been blessed with the ability to make lemonade! I must have been a very good boy this year because Mrs. Clause bought me a brand new MONSTER size BBQ pit! Mrs. Clause made us drive to the manufacture to pick this "big bad boy" up, and we were cooking before it even got dark on the same day. To be honest, I don't think the pit has been cold since.

Sheryl asked me, "Can you do that?" I said, "yeah, I think so... dang it, I can!" and now I'm shooting myself in the foot again. Texas is the shape of our new grill! It has 29 seperate sides! At any time, we can cook anywhere in the state of TEXAS! We can cook your fajitas in Amarillo or in Brownsville. We can brown your tortillias in El Paso, and we can still cook you a steak at home here in Port O'Connor. I can't wait to show off our new BBQ pit, and when we're done "tweeking it", it is going to take us and Calhoun County "way off the hook!" We're sooooo "off the hook" that SMOKEY WILSON will be in Houston to entertain us on Saturday, February 24th! I called him just to invite him to come and eat our BBQ and he said, "Can I play for you?" I said, "You're dog gone skippy you can! It's ON.... like donkey kong! Bam!"
